How long do you guys take time off? Do you do the blood tests and then go ahead? Do you do the time on/ time off protocol? Or cave in and right after PCT hit it again?

I have done both. I've caved and I've waited. Seems like when I do proper PCT and take a good amount of time away from the gear, the next cycle is twice as good. IMHO.

Time off varies for me.

I definitely do blood tests. Very extensive blood tests are only $38 from HealthCheck USA. I get tested 4 or 5 times/year.

I only run some small cycles during the year. Last year I was on for a total of 13 weeks. But I'm different in that I want to be stronger, not bigger and am looking to enhance athletic performance most of the time.

Not looking at short term goals, but the lifestyle... Okay, I'm sold. Two a year sounds really really good and safe.

Yeah, I tell a lot of guys that 25-50% of the year on is a good way to look at it. Again that's for athletes... some of the pro BB's I can't believe they take much time off ever!!!

What I have always done, and what I will continue to do, is
12 weeks on / 9 weeks off...................12 weeks on / 9 weeks off

just remember one thing:
time off does not start the day after your last shot. in reality, time off starts AFTER you're fully recovered. i know most guys look at the recovery period as time off, but think about it...you're R-E-C-O-V-E-R-I-N-G. meaning in the process to get back to your normal selves.
