Bulkman, it's the human growth hormone that works, not the brand name. So it need not be Saizen, though they are more consistent in high quality product.
Start with 2 iu ED and if you get no sides, move up to 3 iu and then up to 4 iu. I usually use 5 iu (convenient for those 10 iu vials) but have now gone down to 4 iu.
Bedtime is cool if you're over 45. Otherwise, you may be blocking the nightly natural release of your own
GH during your first hours of sleep. IF injected
GH makes you sleepy, nighttime is still the best time: If you're under 45, do your inject in the dark of the early morning hours when you awaken for a piss. If it doesn't make you tired, inject post-workout or in the morning.
1. Personally, I prefer 6 days on, one day off. Best is 7 days for most results. The
only reason for going 5 on and 2 off is to extend the product, but it's at the cost of slightly less effect. (I just can't see that those two days will help one keep his own growth hormone happening.)
2. Likely necessary to have T3 or possibly T4 on hand to keep your thyroid doing its thing; otherwise, nothing else is "absolutely necessary". Still, the synergy between a low-dose
AAS cycle and the
GH is amazing, especially if your looking for hard leanness. Try

EQ, with maybe some Anavar toward the end.
