Default How should I run these ?

I have sustenon 250 20ml's , deca 200 20 ml's and 100 5 mg d-bol pills. I have done mostly 1 drug at a time over the years. I have done all of these drugs , but none at the same time . Be lifting for years and takng gear for about 6-7 years . 40 years old . 5'7' 250 Thanx .

Simple you have enough for 10 weeks at 500 mgs sust and 400 mgs deca..start off with the dbol at 30-40 mgs ed till you run out..dhow bout pct ?

Have never done pct. Cannot see spending the money on that stuff, seems to expensive. I had a friend an 843 bencher and he said he never pcted , but then again i don't think he was ever completely off .LOL I go in streeks with my lifting , i'll go hard for 3-4 months then take some time off. I do not work out anymore unless i have some gear , getting to old to be hurting and having my joints sore all the time.

Yea bro, that's just a waste of money. Training is an everyday thing not a weekend hobby. Especialy when drugs are involved. If youre joints hurt get some aflutop or deca.

Lets break this paragraph down into sentences:
Never done pct.
Cannot see spending the money on it.
Friend never pct'd...on for life.
Streaks of lifting.
Take some time off.
Dont work out unless i have gear.
Getting too old to be hurting joints etc...

I am not sure which statement is more stupid.

No i'm not joking I wish i was . I can barely talk the old lady into letting me spend money on gear to begin with. Pct is most likely important . But if you had to choose between the 2 you would choose gear also. Now she wants to start taking shit for weight loss . Maybe you can say i'm foolish but it does not take me long to get back the little size and strenght i lose. The only time i lose a bit is if i'm not lifting at all. I got up to 220 naturally before i took any gear. AH what the hell do I know .

Maybe i am being a little hard on you.If i had to choose between the two (pct/or gear) I would choose neither.I have done aas without pct before..you gain and then you lose it all very quickly.Why just look good for 12 weeks just to see it melt away ?If you get to 220 natty then forget roids all together and spend your cash on protien/food/and creatine.BUT>>DO NOT LIFT OCCASIONALLY!!! LIFT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE BRO ! 2nd suggestion : Make a deal with the old lady..tell her you need 300.00 for gear and pct..then buy her some var or whatever diet stuff she needs in return..earn your 300.00 on odd jobs instead of using yall's money.I bought my wife fake boobs and told her I would run 2 cycles per year for as long as possible

I totally agree with you Dennis , I'm not as motoviated as I once was . Must have done a few things right , i get asked questions all the time when i go out . Do you compete ? Or wow your fucking huge . OR wow that is all steroids isn't it ? Or the classic " what do you bench ? " I'm not trying to be a smart ass or brag , I guess i'm trying to say I've paid my dues in the gym for sure. I guess you can say i'm a novice at taking gear though >
