Im thinking of starting my first cycle soon, but am confused about when you would start training after. do you just carry on training like you have been on the cycle or do you have to wait till your nat test kicks in? its probably a daft question but i have to ask.

You train like normal....once your cycle kicks in ( about 2-3 weeks in) you can increase your frequency a little bit if you want.

At the risk of sounding like a pompus prick i just want to make sure you understood my question, i mean after the cycle. when you say you train like normal do you mean when your on the cycle or after?

However you trained on cycle, you would want to try to continue training. You may change routines (just to throw the body a curve), but intensity should try to keep the same after the cycle.

About 2 weeks postcycle I reduce my frequency a bit....so if I hit a muscle 2x a week when on cycle, then post cytce I will hit it once a week or once every 6 days.
