 How long will fina last
I have some fina I made with an Animal kit over 7 years ago it has been sitting in my closet and I'm thinking about trying some. The fina is in a sealed 10 ML bottle and looks good, nothing floating around, nice amber color. I used some from the same batch a few years ago and I'm still alive do you think it is still safe to use?

Why not just cook up another batch ?

I wouldn't use it. I'm sure that you took the time to make sure that everything was sterile (as sterile as homebrew can get) but I wouldn't take a chance. HDH
