How long have you guys used Femara (Letrozole) for your gyno?

For those of you who have had to use Letrozole for treating your gyno how severe was your gyno and how long did you have to stay on the Letrozole to completely get rid of it. Also, at what dosage?

I am on Letrozole right now from getting gyno from my TRT and using 2.5mg for about 2 weeks now. I dont really see much of a difference and I feel a lump behind my nipple more on my right one like the size of a nickel. Not really sensitive anymore as it used to be so just waiting for my lumps to go away. Feels like a gland if anything but Im not sure.

why are you not using nolvadex? letrozole will put you blood lipids in the tank!

Letrozole has been shown to reverse gyno. I was on Arimidex and Nolvadex and then dropped it. Nolvadex will also reduce blood plasma levels of Arimidex and Letrozole.

not sure about reversing gyno.....by the time you get gyno it is now tissue and expandation of skin and tissue....aint nothing going to take that away...if someone says it helped, well then it was not true gyno...
