Ok i have just been doin a little research on DNP. I just wanted to know how long you stay on it? thanks.

It depends on how long you can handle the sides. At 400mg ED, I can only last about 9 days or so.

Varies alot between people. I also suggest a low dosage trial run the first time. Runa 200mg 6-7day with low fat, high protein, moderate carbs and see how you respond. I found the 200mg cycles to work well for myself. Pup

What sides limited you to 9 days?

Mostly the sweating. You sweat all day and all night. A slow constant sweat. It is very hard to sleep when you are sweating and uncomfortable. The lack of energy and fatigue are also hard to deal with. Pretty much, you just feel miserable.
