how many cycles a year?

just wondering how many cycles do you try to fit into a year? last year i did 3 with about a month off inbetween each 12 week cycle what do you guys think too many?
1st was sust @750 for 12 weeks
kick start with d-dol for 4 weeks and
finish with winny for 4 weeks

2nd 14 weeks of
cyp. 500
eq. 400
kick start with d-bol (a fav.)

3rd 8 weeks and current
prop 100 EOD
tren 100 EOD
anavar 40 ED

alway do my 3 week pct and run hcg @500iu a week throughout

opinions would be great

I do two, one beginning in December, one in June.

I might suggest that you go 5 weeks for PCT since you are almost 30. The older you get the longer it takes to recover. Nothing really fancy just 20mg Nolva ED.
