How much EQ should i take?

i am going to start another cycle consisting of:

Week 1-5
Dbol -- 30mg every day

Week 4-7
Test Cyp. -- 250mg per week

Week 1-7
Equipoise -- ??mg per week

Rule of thumb:

Always keep the test higher than anything else!

Between 2 to 2.5mg/lb. If you weigh 200lbs, then 400 to 500mg/wk.

go at least 400, id bump the test up to about 500 too

Why are you starting the test at week 4? This is a complete waste. Start it the first week and run it throughout the cycle. Run the eq at 400mgs only if you are going to use 500mgs of test. If you are sticking with your plan for only 250mgs of test a week, then only run 200mgs of eq. Eq is very mild. You will see most of your results from the dbol and the test.

I would run the EQ no shorter than 10 weeks, ideally your injectables should look like this..

Test 500mgs week 1-11
EQ 400mgs week 1-10

I'm just finishing up a Test and EQ cycle, and I didn't feel that much UNTIL about week 6, so with you stopping at week 7 you won't get much outta it. And start the Test and EQ at week 1.
