Not trying to dodge your question, but you have to give us a little more info. to give you a better estimate. T3 effectiveness various greatly person-person. What are your current stats? How do you intend to take the T3. And are you going to be cycling while on and if yes, what is your cycle going to be like. T3 doesn't discriminate between fats, carbs and mucle so IMO some AS should be included to retain muscle. Just as an example, T3 does absolutely nothing for me, i am a total non responder. I have tried countless legitimate brands going up to high-end dosages and nothing (so it is really hard to judge what you'll lose on T3 unless you have used it before).
