HOw much Nolvadex & Milk Thistle does one need??? - MESO-Rx

Does one use 20mg of Nolvadex per day or 10mg? Also..when do you take milk thistle during cycle...beginning, middle???? Your input is greatly appreciated!

milk thistle from beginning to end and nolvadex depends on you, if your gyno prone or factors like that ... i usuallt do 10 mg ed or eod

Nolvadex is a wonderful safe drug, if you can afford it use it everyday. 10mgs a day is plenty. This is really dependent on what your taking and at what dose, but as a general rule 10mgs a day keeps the gyno away!

I take both.... 20mg of novla and milk thistle 3x a day. But Im not prone to gyno, better safe than sorry.

Well I personally recommend nolva at 10mg ED throughout cycle and increase to 20mg ed during PCT. If you notice gyno symptoms increase to to 60mg ED until symptoms subside and then keep it at 20mg ED. Take the Milk Thistle 1000mg ED while on cycle especially if your on any orals. I take it everyday no matter what but in just that way...
