how much can u inject in one spot

How much can u inject into one spot, most i ever done was 3 cc, in the shoulder?

They say 2 cc's in shoulder if u got decent size delts, and 3 in the glutes. 2 cc's in the quads too.

2 cc's in the delts for sure...no more. If you can, try and Z track it. (Z-track is used to prevent backflow of medication into subcutaneous tissue) 3 cc's in glute just like youngbuilder said.

i would up those estimates. i think you can inject 3ccs in a delt, 4 ccs in a quad and 5ccs in a glute. would i recommend doing that? no could you do that? imo yes

I do 3ml in ass and 1 everywhere else but i'm not that big .. Could probably do more delts and quads but not in my little arms lol

My wife is an RN too ... Glutes obviously take more because they are bigger muscles which is why there is no way to say there is a set amount for everyone .. As long as you give anough time to disperse,i think most can get away with alot but if you give enough time probably means you don't need to shoot that much in one spot and can just use less in more sites ..

Ive done 3cc in the shoulder. And will never do it again. It was sore for a few days and it really kinda hurt.


And Ive done 3cc in the ass. And it was sore as well. No more 3cc injections for me. They seem not to be worth it.

Injecting 3cc's in your delt is just asking for a bunch of pain and misery. Hell, inject a 21g/1.5" needle in your delt as well and see how it feels. Like a damn harpoon!!!!

I guess it depends on how developed you are. And how much muscle you actually HAVE to inject INTO.

Well, if you ask Greg Valentino or whatever the fuck his name is, you could inject about a gallon at a time, and use a dirty needle while you're at it. What's the point of this question, and what are you trying to accomplish?
