ProLINE and HERETIC, 2 good bro's I would take advice from anyday. I am now ending my 2nd DNP cycle, I did a 7 day, took 2 weeks off, and now finishing a 9 day cycle. Before the first cycle I was 226, about 18% bodyfat, right now I have 2 more days left and I am at 210, will have an accurate estimate of bodyfat once the water is gone. Wisdom
I would just add that I take Silymarin when I'm on for liver protection mostly because the similar usnic acid stresses the liver. On the other hand, I've had my blood tested immediately after my three DNP cycles and no liver stress has ever showed up. DNP seems to be great stuff just don't over do it.

The only thing I would maybe add is that it's a good idea to take benadryl or quercetin with your DNP and for about a week afterwards. For some reason DNP use can cause a histamine build-up in the body, which means a rash/hives. This may not happen your first cycle, but if you use a lot or do not take enough time off inbetween for your body to process the remaining DNP, you may encounter this.

heretic, proline- Thank you bros both very much for posting very vital information about DNP, I've been looking for information about DNP, and proper usage for a while. You answered a great deal of my questions, and I think I've made my decision on what I want to use to aid my loss of weight. My only question left is whats a safe cycle length?

Hey bro I appreciate your evidence for DNP however I was a little concerned by the spec sheet for the antibody for DNP as an antidote. Antibodies aren't antidotes; they do however have an integral part in the adaptive immune response. This is done by immature B-cells in the bone marrow being selected for affinity for an antigen. Once selection has taken place the B-cell becomes a plasma cell secreting antibodies specific for the antigen. The way the antibody can kill/remove the antigen is to be recognized by a T-helper cell which is MHC-restricted. Then programmed death (apotosis) can occur. The antibody on the spec sheet is made from a host other than human which means that if you introduced this Ig into a human the host will recognize this as foreign and build an immune response to it. Also if the foreign Ig is able to bind DNP in the host it would not allow program cell death because the T-helper cell has to be MHC restricted meaning that it will not recognize anitigen that is in the binding pocket of the major histocompatibility complex. That's all I have to say about that but I would like to try some DNP, maybe pm me so that I can get some, Thanks
