I used the DNP a few months ago and dropped maybe 2% BF. Dropped a couple pounds but came out with that extra edge. That 2% does wonders though if you're on that last plateau of getting that "ripped" look. I don't think I'll do it again though, I hated being hot as hell. Also, if you take it for too long it may have some lasting effects on your thyroid functions. I'm bulking now but I'm making sure it's clean so I don't have to cut anymore, I'll just stick to creatine . So in the end DNP worked pretty well!

Is Heretic still around? I miss that guy. I'm in the middle of a cycle right now, but I may be wasting my time because I've had this bottle for 9 months or so. I kept it away from light and moisture, but could it be expired anyway? I'm on the 4th day of 200 mg, planning to go up to 300 on day 6. I'm feeling tired and fluish, but there's not much heat going on. Last time I took DNP was last summer, and I definitely felt hot as hell after a few days on 200. Is it possible that my birth control might be decreasing the effects? I'm grasping at straws here.
If this bottle is expired, I'll have to buy more, after raging at myself for wasting $100. Anyone know if H is still alive and well?

I don't think DNP itself would expire, maybe the ancillaries in the caps though?
