Quick question. How sensitive/sore do your nips get when you start to get gyno? I've had a few days were they seem to be a little sensitive but it's not every day. A little insight would be great.

never had full blown gyno thing i would look for is lumps under your nipples if it gets to that then your in trouble otherwise i just hit up some a-dex when mine get sensetive for a few days in a row and seems to keep them in check
