Default how to setup diet for hardcore cut?

Hey all,

as some of you know, I injured my rotator (seeing the doc today) and haven't been able to do much in the gym. I can do enough to consider it a workout though.

I have a little over 4 weeks left of my planned 12 week cycle. Haven't been all that happy with this gear but it is doing something. For my first cycle I really expected more but you live and you learn. I won't be using this lab again.

Anyway.... I want to finish up the last 4 weeks on a cut. I didn't really get all the much beef packed on, (I got more from my 4 weeks of Tbol actually) but I have been leaning out little by little. What I'm thinking is instead of abandoning the cycle altogether, I may as well take advantage of the fact that I won't really lose and LBM on a cut with higher test levels and go hardcore with a 4 week cut to finish.

currently at 218 and 15% bodyfat. I lost 5 lbs after getting hurt due to not being able to do anything at all for over a week.

I was thinking of no carbs all day except post workout. Heavy on the olive oil and peanuts and high protein. Cardio everyday - 45 mins on non workout days, 30 mins postworkout.

Anyone have any input? I don't want this 12 weeks to totally go into the shitter so I may as well come out a lot leaner.

is your test real? can you feel it?

if it is cutting now will not help you-you will end up losing what little you gained when you get on PCT. if your gear is real and your not gaining you are not eating enough. 218 if you want to get bigger you prob need 4k cal a day. at 15% bodyfat you should be able to gain lean muscle while your bf improves simultaneously.

Well this being my first cycle, I don't know if I feel it or not. LOL.

The only time I really feel animalisitic is after I pop my Arimidex though.
My recovery from workouts is definitely improved, my strength is up, and my nuts have shrunk to about half their normal size. This gear is very highly spoken of but I haven't really "felt" any different.

I actually had a full workout last night. The Doc said I strained a muscle in my rotator and I can workout as usual so long as it doesn't hurt. Back and Bi's last night. The only discomfort I had was trying to go heavy with the EZ Curl so I backed off it.

I get the pain when rotating outward (as in an L-Fly)

I'm confused as to what I should do now. I haven't been eating at 4k, more along the lines of 3100 or so. I'm now wondering if I should bump to 4k and extend my cycle and work hard where I can.

Man-you should know by now if your gear is GTG. you should want to hump 3 times a day-recovery should be 10x better.

if it is real gear you should eat more and stick to your original plan.

well I got my second full workout in today pain free. Its not 100% yet but its pretty damn close.
So yes.....the plan is to bump another 750 cals and go hardcore on the volume.

My buddy who bought us the gear is up 16 lbs so far so I've been doing something wrong. Time to get serious on this shizzle.

I'm also thinking of extending the cycle a little longer, I'll create another thread on it.

go heavy weight low reps-if your having trouble gaining then only work out 4 days a week-and only do 1 muscle a day-otherwise you could be overtraining-remember when your on this should be the order of your priorities

1. diet

2. sleep/rest

3. training

use compund movements-squats deads rows heavy heavy heavy
