how to lower shbg

guys whats the best way to lower the SHGB with over the counter supplements (nettle root, avena ect)

and also, is there any chance that doing so could raise estrogen levels, and therefor is it a good idea to combine with DIM.

There is no good over the counter supplement for loweing SHGB... altough everything that raises insulin and hgh levels will do the tricks.

Yeah so sugar is probably your best bet but not the healhiest choice .. lowering E will do it too ... lowering Thyroid hormon will do it ... why is yours high?

Tongkat ali has been shown to lower SHBG levels. That's about the only OTC supplement that I know of that does it. If you have access to it, proviron would be a better choice.

So basicly... T3, HGH, Insulin, and some strong Androgen like Masteron would do the trick, coupled that with an high fat diet too!

HGH i don't know .. T-3 won't .. DHT,Winny .. basically any DHT .. Progesterone ... Lowering E .. Just didn't mention because also didn't think he wanted AAS .. Slin is good which is why it's works great when stacked with AAS
