hst+gear= ?

Can someone give me some insite on how they are using super supplements and hst training. Been out of the gym for a few monts and i just got my shit back to gehter and i need to get back to my old self. ( a girl i knew pointed to me that i had lost about 15lbs and looked small, damn that bitch mad me mad lol)
havent used any super supplements in abotu a 1.5 yrs so i am ready to go like a first timer lol
