What are you trying to dilute? What is the current concentration and what strength are you trying to make it into?
You can use cottonseed oil, grape seed oil and various others depending on what is available to you.

you know once you start messing with cutting gear, you start running a whole list of other problems!!!! Plus a whole list of sterile issues. Maybe pick up an autoclave.

thank you for your response.
I seek only to make the e power of certain steroids a little less violent as trenbolone example. Then diluting with sterile cutting oil it would make a less strong. My love to all

Forget the love to all bullshit.....
If you want to make sterile oil,then you are going to need to have some tools of the trade.
You'll need to get some BA {benzyl Alcohol} and some Whatman filter's {or the likes of}

You'll need to go down to the local shop,grab your favorite oil {not coldpress hippie crap}
Proper heat and chemically extracted cheap shit,like rice bran oil {healthy and very viscous}
Now take the amount you need to reduce your gear,wack it in the microwave 'till it is starting to boil,
Then let it cool down. Add 2-3% BA and filter it with your whatman filter,add it to your gear and give it a hot bath {swirl it in a hot pot of water,to further mix it}
