Actually they are both very beneficial to take post workout, i would say that the
slin being a little bit moreso... After a workout take 3-4ius of
gh and 8ius of
slin (depending on your
slin doses) but make sure you consume your carbs very soon after your
slin shot... With the
gh post workout i inject it IM with a
slin pin in my tricpes so it enters my blood faster and more growth potenital that way... also i dont know if you have used IGF-1R3 but i love it and the best time to take that is post workout, I have used
gh for a long time and IMO the igf blows it away, i gained 5lbs in the 4week cycle of it, using igf with
slin can be dangeorus because it increases
slin sensitivty by a longshot... Timing is everything if stacking them both togheter or all 3 in my case... But anyway I would take the
gh and
slin post workout so your body goes right into a anabolic state which it hates to be in post workout...
