About a week ago I came off a light cycle of HGH 3iu 5 days on 2 off for a total of 100 iu. About half way through both shoulders began hurting while bench pressing so I assumed it was excess water retention in the joint but now I've been off for a week and it still hurts like hell. (only when benching) Assuming the pain was brought on by the HGH how long does it take to get better? I'm sure its not a tear or any thing like that because I havn't been going that heavy. This really sucks! Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Definately NOT the HGH. If anything a little water retention always makes the joints feel better. Only the lifting will cause that. Bench pressing is the number 1 cause of shoulder pain, so take it easy for a while. GB

Two words, “old age”. Its like the guys said before me, HGH does not cause damage, that’s why all the high profile sports athletes are getting busted for, using HGH. It heals them faster and gets ready for the next game. If you seriously believe it’s your HGH, then you probably received a jacked up supply of HGH and it’s not HGH. Good luck and hope everything heals for you.

when I first started HGH I had carpel tunnel and a dull ache in my shoulder that would sometimes be more like a sharp pain if I lifted somethiong wrong. It went away in a few weeks. Just took me a little while to get used to the HGH. I'm an endurance guy not a weight lifter though.

i think its more likely a problem with form while doing bench press. HGH would not cause a shoulder problem by itself. the water retention in the joint helps the joint move more smoothly with less friction. you probably sprained a ligament from moving the joint through an unnatural range of motion or something of the sorts. if you wanna help it heal then rest it and ice it. doesn't sound like anything too bad. good luck

You might want to try decline bench. I have a tear in my lft rotator and Im still able to lift heavy. After 3 shoulder surgeries Ill never flat bench again.................11

Thanks for the advice. I dont think its form because thats been the same for years. I dont think its a tear or tendonitis because it hurts really deep in the joint. I guess I'll just chalk it up to old-f**ker-itis! Thanks
