a lot of those new fat burners (without ephedrine) claim that...but I have seen several studies wehre it showed people taking those supps and peeps with placebos..an average person who didnt workout and just took the supps lost about one or two extra pounds per month. not worth the money imo...but I am not up to date on recent new supps...I some like clen and t3 if you know how to use it...or the old fashion and proven way (and you know what that is bro)

totally guys, I know most of the hype out there today is just junk - I was just throwing something out there for discussion - and I wasn't really wondering about it's alleged fat burning capabilities, I was really only interested because I need something that will give me a little extra energy, thats all.

if its just a little extra energy you want, those energy drinks like monster, redline, redbull etc arent half bad....a lot of caffeine, so becareful if you are sensitive to it

If you want a good energy booster, try using l-carnitine and 200-400mgs caffeine about 1 hour pre-workout. It ramps up metabolism as well so you may experience some fat loss but not wonders unless you have a pretty fast metabolism. It's all up to training and nutrition really.

Ive been using an interesting substance with my workouts lately. BZP-it's a stimulant,classified as a party pill and just about to be outlawed in New Zealand. The first time I used it I took 400mgs{2 x tabs} and did a workout in my home gym for 2 1/2 hours, before taking another 2 tabs and going to the local gym for a further 3 hours of working out. I started to cramp up,and finally run out of go just as the gym was closing at 8pm. It's a bit like using amphetamines. There's not alot of info on the web about BZP and bodybuilding,it's mainly used as a social "party pill" to keep people awake and alert at social events. But it doesn't exert it's full effect until you start to workout,{or dance I guess if you're at a club...} It also has an effect on sodium ballance helping to product a hard dry look,that lasts only temporally {6-8 hour}. Now I just have to wean myself off of it before the new laws take full effect, lucky theres a 6 mouth amnesty that one can possess up to five gms. |

i would get the redline pills or the drink before hydroxy. also a drink at gnc called adrinlene is great. i dont use them for fatburnin either just a little pick me up at work.
