Ok i am going to be competing in a contest or two and thanks to j martini he has helped me come up with a great cycle. My question is that for the first 5 weeks i will be using slow acting esters so they wont kick in until 4 or 5 weeks. I am wanting to take something to kickstart this cycle. Yes i know anadrol holds a lot of water but it also can put some extra mucsle on me before i really start takeing the fast acting esters and cutting up. here is my cycle, any help would be greatly appreciated. Weeks 1-5 500mg per week of a long acting test eg enanthate 200mg-300mg of equipoise Weeks 5-10 125mg of testosterone propionate EOD 75mg of tren EOD Weeks 10-12 150mg of tren EOD,or 75mg ED whatever you prefer 50mg of winstrol EOD I have started with a long acting testosterone as it is a myth that test prop holds less water than a long acting esther. It might seem that i contradict myself by then switcthing to test prop the reason for this is if you are the sort that retains water while on test you can allow it to clear in a few days so you can better assess your condition, we also want to make sure that the long acting esthers are well out of your system in time. |

I have him cutting the test and EQ out early as to avoid/minimise the chance of water retention come show time the test enanthate and Eq or both long acting so will still be in his system at week 8 or so. If he was just trying to get ripped for the beach he could run test and EQ all the way but when competing you cant take any chances. |

Not that simple i have tryed both methods ran test all the way and it does help to prevent bloat. problem is when you get to the last week and start sodium loading, carb loading water depletion techniques youre body is already finely enough balanced as it is and having that test in your system can throw your body out of whack anything that can even contribute to water retentiomn is best out. If you have never competed you cant understand you can see your body changing from one minute to the next you can go from dry, ripped and full to water logged in no time. Plus tere woulb be no added benefit in running the test for an extra 4 weeks anyway |
