Default I am a newbie and need advice on a cycle

Hello all I am 5'10 and weigh 225 at 15% BF. I have never taken anything but after an injury, I need advice on a cutting cycle or at least a cycle that won't force me to gain anymore weight or retain water while help me put on muscle and loose weight and BF.

Below is what I have been told will give me best results, please advise.
Anavar/Winny/Clen

instead of takin two orals....even if the winn is injectable... it does not matter becuase it is still 17aa...

to make it easy...just do 40-80 mgs ed anavar with some clen....should do the trick....

or for the same price maybe even a little cheaper

i would just do an easy cycle of a low dose of prop and winny with l-dex or a-dex to keep your bloat to a minimum...cycle clen in there two you should be good to go....

That is ok except that by your 2nd week of continuous use of Clen, it will lose its effectiveness.
I also like EQ/winny/dnp/t-3/ephedrine
Yeah harsh somewhat but very effective.

Try to eat clean and up the cardio bro. You won't gain mass but damn man it's summer. Lay off the chips and shit go low glycemic carbs work out hard! What's the nature of your injury? Does it still plaugue you?
