i am new to steroids have just read and research to the extent that i have learnt some names and their uses etc. i need a cycle of oral steroids of say approx 4 to 6 weeks and pls help me out in total programme from starting to the end how to take it and how to come off it...and i had seen in many forums and heard rumours or what i dont know but they say use of steroids affects our sexaulity...pls help me out and i am coming from a far isolated region of the country india....
brother i am 5'11 187lbs and bodyfat of about 22 i suppose and my frame is well built and no cuts are seen in the body......and i do come from and far extreme area. we got this internet connection for which i have to walk a long distance to reach here and is the only source for me to connect to the people like you and i think you people will sure help me out....and we dont have a gold's gym over here its like having a good waterfall spot at the sahara... i make up myself to the few weights that we have and couple of machines in the old gym we have. i dont know how i am training but tried to make it good as possible. any suggestion from you people who in my sight are experts will be appreciated. thank you.
uh oh another one, jk bro! you had to be there......first off if your at 22% bf that means you have about 41 lbs of fat on your body, with only about 140lbs between your muscles and bones. You need to give more info to these guys, how long have you been working out, what are you goals, etc. Because if you want to be lean we you have to follow one path, if you want to be strong, you could follow another......send some more info and these guys will send you in the right direction. Welcome to meso, you cant beat this board, it small with a few experts, but some of the best advice you can find without having to deal with shitbags.
thx for the suggestion and thx again for bothering..... like you said i got lot of fat on my body its true i suppose... if pinch my belly its almost more than half inch.... i had been working out for two years....and i want to pursue a physique which is good in mass and not very much lean and ripped... how should i workout and what should be my routine first of all.....and then what should i eat from the limited sources that we have in our town...for e.g beef,chicken,beans,almonds,cashew,simple cheese,butter,fruits for e.g are banana,apple,papaya,orange,sweet lime,and so on and do i have to take protein powders like whey...for that we have to go to the city like mumbai in india to buy....and lastly i would like to thank all of you experts guys who give their golden advices without knowing me...that in my sight is a big deed that you people are doing. thx again.

Ok bro...here's the deal...If you have poor training facilities, which I assumed you did, you're
gonna need some knowledge exercise(s). I can't advise you without knowing what kind of
equipment this gym has...ie: dumbbells, plates, cables, etc... I can say you need to focus on
compound movement exercises: bench press, shoulder press, squats, deadlifts, pushups,
pull ups. I think you get my drift. Split routine is the way to go...for example: Monday-chest and
tri's, Tuesday-legs and calf, Wednesday-rest, Thursday-back and bi's, Friday-shoulders and
traps, Saturday-rest, Sunday 1 hour cardio-intraval training. This is just basic stuff you may know
already, but I want to get an idea of what you are doing in the gym. Saying all that to ask for
your regemin...how many days a week, what exercises do you do, what do you have to work
with? We'll get to your first question about an oral cycle in due time.
thx again big robbie.....here it is i do work out in the gym ...my gym contains all barbells and dumbells facility. it has smith machine. a bike for cardio and cable machine and pec dec fly, incline and decline bench presses,lat pulldown which is loaded with plates its not the cable version,we have rowing machine and preacher machine,etc . i do train in the gym hard but i will say truth to you bro and frankly speaking i do my workout routine without any specific fixed routine. i do train like you mentioned on mondays i train chest and biceps in which i do brbell bench press and incline dumbll press,and cable crossovers and in biceps i take barbell curl and preacher machine curl,and alternate dumbll curl seated.....on tuesday i take back and triceps back i make 4 sets of medium grip pull ups till failure, then deadlifts , then close grip latpull dwn then seated machine rowing....and triceps i do close grip bench press then cable press down....wednesday i take rest and thursday i take shoulder traps in which i strt with smith machine military presses then dumbll laterals and rear pec dec fly machine which is rversible so we can work our rear delts and for traps we have a equipment sort in which we equip weights plates and do the shrugs and again to be frank with you i train my arms the next day i dont know how foolish i am but i train my arms again after the shoulders routine becuase i wanted to grow my arms and then satruday i train my legs in which i squat with barbell and then leg extension and then leg curl for hamstring and calves standing raises ..... it might be a horrible work out..by reading it pls suggest me or even scold me as my teacher i wont feel bad....hoping this might help you to point out my mistakes thx bro and soon i ll manage to show you my pics for the body so you can dereive how badly i had screwed my body......thx again bro thx very much for guiding me
