Default I cant figure out how to pose my back
Can someone help me critique my back pose? Heres my a shot of my back full of bad acne and not really making a muscle cause I dont know how.. I just took it (mind you im about 20% I got lazy due to a recent injury, and I just started going back to the gym)

Me last summer before I started bulking up.. Took it with my camera phone and for some reason it pix-elated around my chest area

How much weight have you put on? Try to spread your shoulders, it widens you up some.

The 2nd pick I weighed 177 then ran a samll bulking cycle and gained about 13-15lbs of muscle I got into a car accident and havnt gone to the gym for about 2 months and got pretty chunky up to about 217 right now at about 19%-20%bf at 5'9".. I am currently back on my diet and will be running a cutting cycle in late winter..
