Default i dont feel like im holding any water on dnp?

ok so this is my 8th day on dnp. first 4 days were at 200 mgs, day 5 and 6 were at 400, then on day 7 i kicked it back down to 200, and today i am going to go back up to 400 because i really have nothing to do. but, i can already see some results in the mirror, but havent noticed much of a change (which is to be expected.) but, it doesnt look like im holding any water at all, in fact i look a little leaner. is it just my imagination?

I've run 2 DNP cycles and never retained much water. Post DNP cycle I don't loose any water weight so I assume I'm not retaining much or I sweat it all out.

I don't think I held any water either, as I've not dropped weight since quitting. I think I've gone down 1lb, but that could just be that I ate/drank more or less that day.

Unfortunately I'm not seeing results

I haven't followed your journal, how long have you been taking it and at what dose? Where did you get it from??

If you've taken it more than 3 days and haven't felt anything then you got shit. If you've been feeling it work then something is wrong with your diet.

I lost 15lbs on 2.5 weeks of H's DNP at 400mg a day. I did loose a few pounds of muscle as my metabolism sped up way too fast. I lost more weight than I wanted.

Supirman you might want to bump up your dose next time. You're not going to lose a lb a day on 200mg. Even at 400mg I would expect average weight loss to be around 3-4 lbs per week. The real dramatic results that DNP causes are at 600-800mg per week, but it's damn hard to function normally on those doses. As the fat loss increases so do the sides.
Also, stop focusing on actualy weight lost. The mirror should be your best guide, as well as the tape measure or bf% measurements if you can take them.

I had H's stuff and I did it for 9 days. First 3 days were 200mg, then 400mg for 2 days which had me all fucked up. I went back to 200mg for the remainder.

Perhaps I'll try 400mg again next time. I'll try to time it for when my girl will be on her period so I won't die while fucking her.

What did your diet consist of? How many carbs, protein and fats?

Diet was as outlined in my journal, only change was all fats were replaced with fruits instead, as this is what people told me to do.

AM cardio, basically all fruit and protein during the day, evening workout, then whey/dextrose and later chicken/potatoes.
