hello, 20 yr old here who was heavily into bodybuilding during highschool went from 138-210 senior yr 12% bodyfat.. well, i took off a year ate like crap did nothing got lazy and now im in trouble.. i lost all that hard work pretty much, i did use steroids more so when i was 18-19 though... i know a lot about diet exercise and cycles im just looking for some ideas on how i can diet to lose this fat as fast as possible im thinking i gained like 30lbs.. because now when i sit i have rolls haha and bitch tits which are fat..i feel like shit.. so if you guys could give me some ideas that'd be great im looking to lose this and transform myself in 12-15 weeks. i was going to start lifting and dieting(low carb)? and then hop into a clen t3 winny tren cycle for 10 weeks to try and gain alittle muscle, get some strength back and lean up... i will also be using an ECA.. let me know what kind of diet you think will work best,im currently 225lbs and trying to cut down to 190-195lbs.. thanks alot im looking for any ideas and all..

Shit man AAS isn't a miracle drug. You will need more then that to transform your dieting, you can't just take it because you've been lazy and are now fat and out of shape.Bump for what others have to say, but it's more in your diet/training right now.

yea i totally agree it's all about diet and trainging for now i said after a couple weeks of lifting correctly again once my stamina goes back up and my diet is in check then im going to start up on a cycle.. thats a small cycle compared to my last cycle i didn when i was juicing which consisted of 750mg cyp,600mg eq,100mg tren eod, and winny 100mg ed.. i mean i know how to cycle and diet and all im just hoping to find someone who has been in this position and can maybe helpme out on how many carbs to eat whether i should do a 20g carb or less daily diet with a 24hr carb up instead of a 48 or just get my diet in check to the one i have made up it will be 350g protein ed, 100-150 carbs ed and 50-55g fat ed.. i think thats too much of a jump though being as outa shape as i am now that i should do a low carb diet like atkins for 3-4 weeks prior to jumping into that kind of diet. thanks for the reply

Same thing happened to me when I hit college.

You just have to sit down and try and remember the feeling of being so committed to bodybuilding as a lifestyle. I found myself unable to find the passion in it that I did during my high school years and totally fell off the map and took up other hobbies, usually more destructive ones too. Then ask yourself if you are willing to take all the shit in your life and stick it all in the backseat while making bodybuilding your #1 priority again. It's alot easier in High School, you simply have less crap to push aside and it's easier to prioritize bodybuilding with a less hectic schedule and social life. If you're willing to sacrifice, don't half-ass it, just go in heads first KNOWING that it may take a slight toll on your social life and other work. Like anything else, you'll learn to eventually re-balance your life and get your life in order.

Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, their are no quick fixes even when it comes to AAS. I suggest you get your diet on track, train for about 1-2 years then consider taking AAS. It seems to me that you're looking for a quick fix, anything worth having is worth working hard for. Trust me in the beginning it might seem tough but in the end you'll reap the greatest reward.

work on your diet first. Diet is 90%.

I'm a firm believer in consistency: most people argue the merits of holding barbells a certain way, foot placement, what the pro's do etc. I think the main point is to be consistent and stick to the basics in the gym AND JUST GO. Most people talk a lot, but don't put that same energy into their training.

If I were you: 250mg/wk test, 50mg/winny ed, run for 8 weeks.

This is assuming your diet is on point.

Hit the weights 3x a week, and do wind sprints on days you aren't in the gym. It will be tough at first, but windsprints are where its at for fat loss.

Easiest way by far for me to lose weight FAST, is to do the high protien no carb diet. I can lose 15lbs a month easily.

WATCH OUT for two things... first, hidden carbs, don't cheat on this.

Second, calories are still important. High fat is fine, but YOU GOT TO COUNT IT IN, or you ain't going to lose.

If you do high protien and keep the fat to a minimum, you can get into fantastic shape, AND, the 400 grams of protien you eat every day will be great to keep muscle on you.

i think if you start off with a good exercise regime and maybe use an eca stack 2-3 times a day combined with a good diet you'll definately be off to a good start. then after training naturally for a while maybe throw in some aas to kick it up a notch. you want to recondition your body naturally for a while before you throw in anything too strong. patience will benefit you in the long run.

look bro I uses to be a fighter and let me tell you alot of fighters blow up after a fight then have to lose way more than your talking about. This is what I use to do, and by no means is this healthy so do it at your oun risk! You can have only two meals per day and these meals are going to consist of salad about 1/16 head of lettus per meal. For lunch a low fat high protein shake and as much water as you can stand and why I say it like that is that if you dont feel that your going to puke it out your not drinking enough. Now for your salad dressing you can have any one you want, your just going to have to put it in a small dixie cup and just dip your fork in it then poke some salad. exersise you said you already know how to do that so I wont say much but lots of cardio your going to feel weak and dizzy when you do stop, but as soon as you feel better get back to it about 4 hours per day should do it. If you can do this for 12 weeks you will be ripped. just my .02

I was in a similar position to you a while ago-had stopped working out, went from 6% bodyfat to 22% due to a lot of bad habits and being lazy.

when I got serious again it took about 4 months to drop the extra fat, while gaining some muscle in the process

what worked for me was doing 60 minutes of fairly high intensity cardio every morning on an empty stomach, and another 60 minutes right before bed at night (do not eat after this last session)

lifted 4 times a week, hitting each bodypart once, and the smaller ones (delts, bis, tris, forearms, calves) twice a week.

eat 3 solid food meals a day each one should be around a half pound of lean meat, and 2 cups of veggies, and have 3 protein shakes a day, each one should have about 40g whey protein and that is all. after a few weeks of this, I would recommend to add in a teaspoon of flax oil to your shakes.

you should easily be able to drop those 30 pounds on this plan within 3 months tops, and only then should u start a cycle
