bro you need to eat to get those arms bigger, the only thing that works the best is food, training, rest that is the best thing for you, start off by posting help with my diet on the nutriction forum, change your diet, then 2nd you need to get your ass to the gym and lift weights and train hard, and 3rd the rest is most important, about 8hr would be just fine, I only get 2 - 3 hrs every day that is how I have been for the last 12 years, sucks but all the suplements in the world wont help as much as the 3 stated. if you want get some animal stack, I think doing roids for you now would be a mistake, to skinny, pack on some beef and train hard, you gots nice set of abbs, but those arms need some size to them. hope this helps
