Question I need help with some PAIN!!!!
Hey guy on Sat. i injected 1cc of 350mg Supersust into my thigh...I have been usually doin it in the glute but it was time for a lil change up so i went for it...All went well i injected and aspirated and got some blood bubbles and then i pulled out and injected about a 1/2in from my last spot....my leg has been sore as hell and i need to find out if there is any way to get rid of the sore ness....I know about Ice and heat....What do yall prefer???? I need help guys i got some runing to do in the next week or so and i got to have my leg back..tommrow i inject again and i cant have the pain hang around.......HELP ME OUT GUYS PLEASE!!!!!.......thanks....SMOKEEATER

Massage the area and inject more slowly.

Quad shots always leave me limping. Thank god I never run.

just relax bro. The pain usually takes a day or two to go away. It could also be in your mix, if you have a high BA content, its usually mroe painful.
I would just heat it up with a heat pad, and stretch it out right after, then stick some ice on it. Nothing more you can do, take some ASPIRIN!

thanks dude well hopefully it will work is i b profin alright be cause its an anti inflammatory and well my leg is kinda inflammed
u can tell its a lil swollen and warm to the touch but thats i think norm when u inject somthin tio your body thats not suppose to be there right???....anywas thanks and i am gonna do all that right now
