age 20 sex: male wheight: 140 Gain: i wanna nice firm body kinda like brad pits nothing huge and bulky experience: none Budget: no problem i want to gain some muscle mass and nice trim abs but i don't know what i should be looking for. i want a defined 6-8 pack and nice firm upper body strength and muscles. i would grately appreciate some help! thanks in advance if i cant back to you in time for your reply! |

You know the answer, you said it in your seond post. Nothing can beat hard work and proper diet. If you want to look like Brad Pitt you sure don't need steroids. I think at 20 you still have a lot of maturing to do physically and mentally. Wait a few years or 5. If taking steroids is your only motivation to getting in the gym, you probably wouldn't keep anything you gained. With all that being said and you are still Hell bent on juicing, keep it simple. I believe some Tests E or Cyp at 250mg a week for 10 weeks would be a good start. Don't forget your PCT.

well don't give me the brand name but give me the scientific name for the juice i need i don't want a high dosage i just want like a low booster you know gives me a enough to start with and ill do the rest? idk if that makes sense to you but yea.

Cavan, How do i say this.....hmmmmm...do you often get the feeling that people are laughing at you? That you just did or said something so intensely moronic that the people around you seem vaguely embarassed but youre not sure why? Are you often the butt of jokes you don't understand? Seriously, at your age and weight you either are a complete idiot or you just decided, like, yesterday to get "in shape" and since it didnt happen the first time you went to the gym and did a couple of dumbell curls then of course...you need steroids, right? I mean, it's not like the widdle baby's gonna go to the gym and actually put in some WORK...cuz that would require the widdle baby to actually get his shit together and get a diet plan and a workout plan and actually follow it for a few YEARS and that is bullshit...the princess should not have to wait that long (like duh, right?)....and besides, that shit HURTS! well, bigbench might have said it a little too nice and jmills might have said it a little too harsh but basically what it comes down to is you don't have your training and/or your diet set up the way they need to be for you to make gains. At 20 years old and only 140 you either haven't been lifting and eating properly or you are 4 feet tall, in which case congrats you're huge. Brad Pitt was his biggest in Troy and even then he only weighed 185 pounds. In my opinion, Brad Pitt is a fucking pussy bitch. If you want to look like him, go do a lot of crunches, pushups, and other body weight exercises because that is all he does. If that is the case, you won't ever need to take steroids. You say just give you a hand and point you in the right direction, well we are and that direction is away from steroids. If you truly have a testosterone deficiency then you can go to the doctor and get a prescription for them. I highly doubt that is the case. Post your workout and diet. Then we will see what is going on

im not the butt of jokes at all lol. im actually pretty handsome. i want to just build some muscle is all? i really didnt know that steroids had or could screw u up to bad lol. i thought it would just kinda boost me and give me the stuff i needed from t here. i really dont have a diet or routine i could 24/7 and not gain any weight due to my high metabolism. if you could point me into the right direction without steroids i will be very happy! im rather new to body building also im just personally tired of looking at my scrawny arms is all and i want to be fit and lean is all. so i thought steroids could help me out. if you guys wouldnt mind posting a dietary routine i should undergo and what i should eat and drink vitamin wise and protein i would like that a lot. again im new to this body building thing. so if you have any tips or things i should do to start building again i would be very thankful!

Give us an example of what you eat every day. First point you will see, is if you dont know right off the bat, then your arent eating right. You shuold know what and how much you eat of everything day in and day out. If you are eating and not gaining, then your not eating enough or the right things. You shuold consistantly try to eat 200-250 grams of protein every single day. Tuna, eggs, chicken, beef, steaks, fish, shakes, etc... Also, with your metabolism, you can eat a shit load of carbs and still stay lean. Shoot for about 350grams of carbs a day (mainly complex but you can add some simples in to get your insulin levels up). And healthy fats. From Natty peanut butter, olive oil, EFA's, etc... About 50-100 grams. If you are eating more than 3000 cals a day right now, then im going to assume that it is mainly from fast food and other bad sources. You have to cut them out. Think of it like this, if its already processed food, then your body ISNT going to process it for muscle.

thank you bigbench for your help! i will start doing that. yea it was pretty much fast food. so ill start eating healthier anything els i should do besides eating? like my work out routine is kinda shitty so if you could set up 1 for me that would be awesome i have a member ship to sport n health.

Go out and get a copy of Flex magazine or Reps and check out the workouts they have in there. They have them for beginner, intermed, and advanced. you want to have all the basics in there such as bench, squats and deadlifts, and then add a few more exercises for each body part.
