Hey, I'm 6'5" about 225lbs and I am not predisposed to gyno. this is my first cycle. I have been lifting for 8 years and was wondering what anyone would suggest to cut the gyno. I have researched and was thinking ari, but let me know if I should invest in nolvadex. gratzi.

How do you know you are not predisposed to gyno when you haven't done a cycle yet? Since it is your first cycle I would go with nolva and keep it on hand and if you see signs of gyno start taking nolva.
