Yup and I raced one weekend without a back protector and I wrecked and I'm not paralized but is it worth the risk. It's probally 6/10 you'd be fine but like I said before it's your ass. You have to decide if no more than $100 is worth the risk of an abcess.

now that we're on this topic..

if he would have left the blood in there, aspirated a little, the alc from the gear should sterilize the blood (though its technically sterile since its his)...right? can he just inject it somewhere else?? i mean that's what I plan to do if I draw blood.. I wouldn't throw it back in the main vial, but I can see how the alc in the vial should handle any issues with his own blood..

He could always bake it again??

yea, i was also thinking the same thing as far as what would most people do anyway, i am like 60/40 on this as far as feedback has gone, 60% saying just do it, and 40% saying "its your own blood, who cares" I am not worried about anything but the blood, can the blood rot??? i know people that have used the same syringe/needle etc... over and over again. Not me though I am always safe (except for this dumb incident). All this crap happened on sunday afternoon, on monday night i injected 1/2 a cc in me to see if i would be ok. Well i am ok as of now, no pain, no redness, no fever. I cant even notice small blood bubble anymore. The fact that i was good after that shot on monday, do u think i am good to use the other 6cc's????

Can you bake it? You could also run it through a whatman filter to feel more comfortable.. I would just use it as fast as possible though..

a little blood in your ampule will do you little harm. If it were infected so would you be... remember it came from yourself. It will not "rot" unless there are microorganisms to break it down, but it will turn brown since it will come in contact with air. And if you want to be on the safe site, then run antibiotics for the time that you are shooting up: f.ex. tetracycline at 200mg the first day and then 100mg for the following days. That is what I would do. Good luck

Use it. As long long as the area where you injected was clean, its no more contaminated than putting a new needle in the bottle each time you inject. 100% sterilization is impossible anyway. How do we really know those new needles and vials are sterile? Because it says it on the package? Think about, 90%+ of the the people who shoot juice do it in their bathroom. Probably use the toilet paper right next to the shitter to clean their vials and needles with rubbing alchohol before they inject. How sterile can that be? Besides if you get sick from it, you can be the guy who answers this same question next time someone else does this. And you'll have experience to back it up!
