Hey mates. I just started my 1st cycle of
IGF-1 LR3/ MGF today. I am following Anthony Roberts recomendations for site-injections and dose. My cycle will be as follows:
DAY 1: Chest/ Tricepts I pinned
MGF 100mcg in each pec immediately post workout. (IPW)Then waited an hour and pinned
IGF-1 LR3 25mcg in the thigh.
DAY 2: Delts/ Traps/ Neck 25mcg IGF-1 LR3 1st thing in the morning. Then I'll pin
MGF 100mcg in each delt IPW, wait 1 hour and pin 25mcg IGF-1 LR3
DAY 3: OFF Pin 25mcg IGF-1 LR3 in the morning, then another 25mcg in the evening.
DAY 4: Back/ Bicepts 100mcg MGF IPW in lats. 25mcg IGF-1 LR3 in the morning and another 25mcg in hte afternoon.
DAY 5: Legs/ Calves 100mcg MGF IPW thighs. 25mcg IGF-1 LR3 morning and afternoon
DAY 6: OFF 25mcg IGF-1 LR3 morning and afternoon.
DAY 7: start all over again.
I plan to run this for 30-45 days, eating clean foods (50/30/20) @ my Kcal BMR. I may need to eat more or less, depending on how I feel I will add or subract. Im only using 2-3 exercises per body part but doing lots of volume, 10 sets of 10 with same weight. I can't wait to see how this run turns out.
