Default should i stop or keep going

i'm in the 8th week of a planned 16 week cycle but i ran into a problem as it felt like i pulled a bicep muscle and i couldn't do arm curls or any back work so i took a break from working. about 3 wks. i've gained about 15lbs so far in this cycle and i also missed about 1 1/2 -2wks before i took a shot. i'm on test, tren e, and eq. should i go on unto the 16th week and try to make the best of the time i have left or should i stop now, regroup, and start over? maybe i could start toning up what i've gained already and stop trying to gain mass and just hold onto what i have. i'm right at 230lbs.

you need to find out exactly what happened to your bicep. if it is indeed pulled, maybe you could work around it. maybe just stick to deads and squats.

but first things first...find out exactly what happened and find out if you need to stop working out.

have a nice day

Defiantly need to find out the problem for sure. You don't want to hurt it any more and possible have to take 6 or more months off instead of a couple of weeks

Gotta learn to work around the pain bro....seriously though, find out what's wrong with your arm. I'm suffering some major tendonitis right now, can't do biceps or tris, hope this passes soon.

I've had some pretty bad injuries while on. If it's a small muscle like a bicep, perhaps you can still gain size in chest and legs.
If it's a little more serious, you could switch to getting cut. (more diet and cardio)
If it really effects all your workouts, drop back and punt. Do PCT and regroup.
The last thing in the world you want right now is to make worse. In that case let it totally heal!
