www.phoenixpeptide.com- Great site to get scientific information on MGF (Mechano Growth Factor).
Here is a great article by one of the sponsors of MESO and also Terica biopharmaceuticals (

This is the worst possible question, but also the best one. In the early days of IGF-1 use among athletes, it was very much a hit or miss proposition. In other words, it was difficult to really put a number on how effective this stuff was, and whether it was just more snake oil. I think this is primarily due to manufacturing processes which, at the time (a decade ago), produced a product that was very delicate. Unfortunately, this led to many inconsistencies in terms of people's results.
Some people a decade ago reported astonishing results, while others reported almost none. Back then, as long as the supplier was reputable, almost all users report decent gains with IGF products. Now, since the LongR3 version is the one that is typically used today, and is 2-3 times more potent than regular IGF, users report very noticeable results.
It's difficult to put a number on results, since they're so subjective, but as a general rule, experienced users have found IGF-1 LR3 to add up to 5% to their lifts in a cycle alone, and a decent reduction in body fat coupled with an increase in muscle gain. A five to ten pound sway each way is possible. The less experienced you are with chemical enhancement, typically the greater the results you can achieve with IGF-1 LR3 (or any body enhancement chemical).
Most prominent features of IGF-1 LR3 are the pumps and vascularity, which usually last all day. In addition, users report a steady decrease in bodyfat percentage levels due to increase in muscle tissue.
Users and researchers have reported most effective results with a 6 weeks on and 4 weeks off cycle.
