This is my second day using igf1 my question is what way to take it i am injecting post workout into the muscles trained but what about days that i dont train should i take it all at once in the morning are split the dose through the day

I am using 40mcg per day have noticed hypoglycemic effect about 2 hours after using it i also have a slight case of diarhea and increased appetite

Take it in two seperate doses in the morning and at night. Use an insulin syringe and inject 20mcg in each deltoid 10-12 hours apart. FYI- It works much better when you take rhGH at 4-6iu split into two doses with it. What does the rest of your cycle look like? Are you taking anything else?

I am using 700mg per week of apex all test along with it no GH as i cant afford it

It will still work without hGH, but I'd try to up the dose to 25mcg 2X ED if you can afford it for 4 weeks. With 700mg of Test for 8-10 weeks and a solid PCT in place you should be happy.

Should the IGF be run at the beginning or end of the cycle of Test. Looking to run the same thing but with Test E and Dbol.
