What are peoples experiences with igf1, what is a typical price of the product i have read that its best to use the long r3 igf1 at a dosage of 10-20mcg per day for 30 days then a break for 2-4 weeks
I wouldn't run any less than 20mcg's at the least. I am experimenting right now with 20mcg's /day. I'm gonna run it for about 3 weeks, take a break of 4 weeks, then finish up with 3 more weeks. I am into the 3rd week right now and have had real good results...the only thing I will probably change the next go around, will be to up the dosage to either 40 or 50 mcg's/day.
I read a post awhile ago saying that a couple of pros where having good results with 10-15mcg/day. The Pro BBers said that anything more will just be wasted on organ growth and not muscles. I tried it for a few days, and i noticed my sexdrive went through the roof. I will be using the rest of it very soon, and i'll post results.Also,1mg IGF usually comes in 1-2ml of BA,which makes it very hard to get out 15mcg,unless you add more BA. Everyone should know not to add the BW into the bottle,so increasing BA would be the way around it.
I was reading an article by dave palumbo and he recommends 10-20mcg per day he feels that any more than this and the igf1 muscle cells become saturated and all the excess igf1 goes straight to the highest naturally occuring concentrations of igf1 receptors eg feet hands and facial bones

Yeah, that's the Palumbo theory, but it hasn't been proven in any way. The receptor saturation thing isn't very sound. You have to consider the muscle injected, the state the muscle is in (post w/o or not), as well as individual factors. You'll hear many people saying that they started at low doses but didn't get results until they bumped it up. For IGF-1, you'd have to shoot a whole lot into a muscle before any, if possible at all, of it to go systemic. I think starting at a low dose makes sense, so you can guage for yourself how YOU react, but making a blanket statement and saying 20mcgs is the best isn't sound, nor do I think it's very accurate.
I agree. Everyone is still in "experimental" mode right now. This is a fairly new product so everyone is trying different things to see what works. Palumbo is usually right on with his anabolic advice, but I think he's a little off on this one.
