im still shut down, help needed

i took testE/trenE like a fuckin moron, im done with gear, im 22 and im shut down now. IM ALMOST 8 WEEKS POST-CYCLE and my face/neck is still bloated. why? i know im low test because i dont really even think about sex. im not horny. i can barely beat it up.

im on nolva now for 2 weeks exactly, 14 days. and i dont notice much. the bloat is still there and really depresses me. how long can it take for me to restore my levels? will the nolva do it somehow or will i need to resort to some mexican clomid and hopefully not break out from it. i dont know what else to do. i dont have health ins so i cant get blood work done. someone please help, this is pure bullshit.

Well, it sounds like you really need to get some blood work done to see if in FACT you are shut down. Go to www.lef.org and they have a blood test package for about $200 I think...just go to the doctor they recommend and that should be fine...you can look for one of their affiliated doctors on the site. I don't think you need insurance to get blood work done.

8 weeks post cycle isn't that long, as sometimes it can take months to even a year or so for your test levels to return to normal, if ever. You could do some self-treatment using clomid and/or HCG, but I think a MUCH more knowledgable person to talk to would be SWALE in the TRT forum. BTW, people can say nolva is as good as clomid for PCT all they want, but from my past experience I for one can say this is false. Again, please ask SWALE about this, because to my knowledge there is noone in this section who is even close to being an expert in this area and at 22 you are too young to be playing with something this serious.

well swale doesnt really help with steroid related questions just hrt. and i dont plan to be on hrt..yet. im 22 maybe when im 30 but in my past experience, one time i took testolent and tren ace (tren ace for only 3 weeks) and testolent for like 7 weeks, well, i did no pct because never heard nolva is used for that (and i can tell it is also false like u say) or clomid because it breaks me out and i ended up shut down for almost 2.5 months. i finished late march 2003, and didnt get my sex drive back til mid june 2003. i didnt train either. i had to take care of other matters. theres something about that testolent (test phenyl-prop) that makes me shuit down because i did it again for 3 weeks later that year before i quit that too and i was shut down for 2 weeks after that as well. i felt my sex drive was gone. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH BLOATING IN MY FACE/NECK POST-CYCLE. i sure hope i did not do anything permanent. it makes no sense. even low-test i never had a bloated face and this really bothers me. it means alot to me to have a lean tight face/neck, not just my body.

tell me about it at 22. i first juiced at 17, just short of turning 18. what a moron. i clearly did not train right or eat properly. not even close. i didnt know that though. i now know from experience it isnt worth it. besides, i never get the results i want due to some "problem" every time. im just gonna go natural for a while.

It sounds like you completely missed the boat on proper PCT. I would run 40mg nolva or 50mg clomid everyday for 3 weeks. If you have HCG or can get it quickly, then run 1000mg everyday for 5-10 days.

Many of Swale's patients suffer from hypogonadism from aas use. So I believe he would help you out. In fact any Doctor has to help you ethically. The cause doesn't matter the need is the impostant thing. What Swale won't do is tell you how to do aas in any other manner other than HRT/TRT. Restoring normal hormone levels is TRT/HRT even if you don't need fulltime cycling to maintain normalcy. BTW Bob "1000mg" of HCG??? Even 1000ius of HCG is too much. He should try 250-500iu's ED for at least 2 weeks .

Oops, I meant 1000ius, not mgs. I took 1000iu hcg after a cycle and my boys were back to full size within 5-6 days. Peoples decision on dosing is variable (as with most anything), so trying 500iu wouldnt be a bad way to start.

but heres the kicker. my boys never shrink. NEVER. i cycled before but this has got to be the longest. i used to stick with short esters like prop and go 6-7 weeks and one time i did only 500mg sustanon for 7 weeks (17 years old-turned 18 right after) but this time i did TEST ENTH + TREN ENTH for 7 weeks!! that is the hardest shutdown for me ever. i did tren ace before but no more than 3 weeks because of the mental fucking but this time i was so mentally fucked i quit on week 7. i also quit because during a cut, i bloated in my face/neck due to estrogen (my liquidex didnt work, either fake or severly underdoed or i dont know). so i guess this is the biggest hardest cycle i did. even the first one with test was only 7 weeks WITH clomid post-cycle AND I DID NOT USE TREN FOR THE ADDED SEVERE SHUTDOWN.

the cycle i did 2 years ago with prop/tren for 6 weeks left me fucked for 2.5 months. imagine this one with 7 weeks of enth esters.

so do i still need hcg if my boys are still cool? i think what i really need is clomid. within a week my sex drive goes up. only thing that stopped me from using is it causes acne on my face and it does go away but im worried they'll stay (i read many people acnes dont go away when they use clomid so i got scared lol)

im running 60mg nolva ed. although im really thinking of taking 100mg ed to see what happens. soon im getting some mexican clomid and i only do 1 tab, never needed more. 1 tab for 15 days, i might quit after a week if things restore normally or if i get bad enough sides.

get yourself that clomid and hit it hard.

300mg day 1 +60mg nolva
150mg day2-7 +40mg nolva
100mg day 8-14 +20mg nolva
50mg day 15-21 +20mg nolva
hit 500iu hcg/day for the first 2 weeks

if you're not up and ready to fuck anything that moves while taking that, you have other issues.

also, you may want to rethink your cycle designs.

I wouldnt do one damn thing until I went to a doctor - thell them the truth and get some blood tests done - I agree 8 weeks isnt very long though to get back up and runnning - first get the blood work done

to be honest, im pretty broke, im young so i dont have health ins. which is why i wont be using gear anymore, at least for a long time anyway. the only thing i can get is the clomid for now. it sucks being low test and keeping a good diet, and looking all puffy in your face. never had to deal with that shit.

do you still take hcg even if your boys never shrank?

Here's my two cc's, take from it what you want. I recently came off a long test blend/deca cycle. It was a 16 week cycle, my longest ever. I was doing the following:

300mg Test Prop/week, 400mg Test Enan/week, 400mg Deca/week with Dianabol 30mg/day for the first 4 weeks also was taking Proviron 2 - 25mg tabs/day. I didn't notice testicular shrinkage until I stopped the Proviron, 4 weeks before the cycle ended. I have a fair amount of Acne on the shoulders/back area. But I've encountered this before and know it will subside, last time it took a good 2 months for the acne to go. One thing that helps with the acne is tanning, this seems to dry the acne out, (I tan on a beach not in a salon). For sex drive I have noticed a decrease in sex drive as well but not to the point where I can't get it up. Overall I think the use of Proviron is underated for those who do cycles, using Proviron and Nolvadex together almost guarantees zero shrinkage. As for my sex drive I know that will return as well as I have encountered this before. For the bloating, I had this problem on my first cycle, but with this last cycle I actually seem like I leaned out a bit. I gained 32 lbs and so far have lost 10lbs (5 weeks after my last shot).

i used proviron 2 years ago and then also came off like u did and was still shut down for 2.5 months, but i did no clomid/nolva
luckily i get no acne from juice, but if i take clomid ill get some but it does go away when i get off it.
when did the bloating post-cycle go away for you from the first cycle? when your test levels returned to normal?
i think its just that my test levels are shot to shit right now so my body produces all this estrogen despit im on all this nolva. and i hear nolva doesnt even reduce water. i just need some damn clomid.
