im running prop what are some safe inj. sites to use i'm running out
quads yikes

delt
tri's
glute ?

any other suggestions

Quads are really not bad at all. For years I wouldn't hit my quads but after I did I couldn't believe i waited. If you hit your glutes, quads, and shoulders. thats 6 sites, then rotate, You'll be ok hitting an area every 7th day. Just don't shoot more than 2cc's in your shoulder..................11

I bleed too much from my quads. Glutes, delts, tri's and bi's are my prefered spots...and in that order.

I like my quads ..Lots of real estate down there to use.
