It is nice to rotate sites so you do not build too much scar tissue. I use the quads as well a much easier injection cause its all right in front of you, some use the delts too for me its boths sides of the ass and both quads.....which gives you 4 sites.
Quads would be a good spot to start using bro..sit down relax and it is effortless.

Is there a tuturial on where and how to shoot the quads? The butt doesnt hurt at all, its mostly fat, the quad is a muscle so im guessing its a little more painful.
first time i ever injected (11/06), it was in my left upper thigh, and i forgot to change the 18ga needle i used to draw n replace it with the 23ga i'd intended to inject with. i was almost done with the injection when i realized my mistake....and i noticed that i felt no pain at all.
have only injected in my glutes since, and only with 22 or 23ga...but this week i start bi-weekly injections, so i may start using the quads again.
