will start a 250mg test.en and 250mg eq cycle.Will IT be best to take the eq on a monday and the test on a fryday or is it best to just take both at one time in one injection?

you can draw them both in the same syringe to cut down injections, and lessen the pain from the test

Let's say you want 1cc of EQ and 1cc of test. First, draw 1cc of air and inject into your vial of EQ. Withdraw 1cc of EQ and pull the needle out. With the needle pointing up, draw 1cc of air into your syringe (your plunger will be at the 2cc mark - 1cc of EQ in it and 1cc of air you just drew into it). With the needle pointing up, inject that 1cc of air into your vial of test. Withdraw 1cc of test. You now have 1cc of EQand 1cc of test in the same syringe. Don't forget to change the needle before you inject.

but, I wouldn't recommend running only 250mg of EQ, it really isn't worth it

either bump the Test to 500 and the EQ to 400, or just cut out the EQ and run 250mg of Test only

that stack is in the steriod 2006 bob llewellyn manual.So you dont think that the 250mg of eq will matter even thought its my first cycle?

no, effective dose is 400-600mg/week

thats what i think.

I'd run Test only at 500mg/week for your first cycle, nothing else

and then Nolva for PCT

Go test E 500mg/wk with maybe dbol frontload 30/mg ed for wk 1-5. And it's better to do your own research on cycles, don't just look in one book and pick one, I wish it was that easy.

Bro, if that is all you have you can make decent gains off of it. Your diet, training and rest will be the key. The dose of 250mg of Test E is too low to inject once per week. I would inject twice per week on any dose of Enan but some will inject once per week. I'm going to suggest that you inject 1/2ml of each in the same syringe twice a week. It's good to see someone being a little conservative with their first cycle (I went a little overboard). You should do good as long as everything else is in tune.

How long do you plan on running the cycle?
