eleven11 is right on with the
hgh suggestion. it's really your best option. you may also want to consider an anabolic, such as
primo at 200-300mg/week to guard against muscle catabolism during the injury recovery. i think the
test wouldn't be as good in this respect because, at such a small dose, all you'll really do is kill your endogenous production. 200mg aint gonna anything, imho, and larger doses, as you said, can make you too strong too quick and lead to re-injury. did the same thing myself with the
primo, no
hgh, and it worked quite nicely in terms of helping me not shrink too much. hope this helps and good luck.
