Is it counterproductive to use insulin if you are trying to gain just lean mass and, at the same time, loose some fat? I think I it would be very difficult to use
slin and not gain some fat. Even if you were super accurate with your dosages and carb intake I think you are going to put on some fat when using
slin.
Does anyone have any insight into this. I am not looking to gain a ton of muscle. I want to get stronger and leaner. I have been lifting for over 20 years. I am in my mid 40s.
Is
slin worth the fat risk?
