Here is my issue. I workout in the morning and then consume my high protein high carb shake immediately afterwards. Then when i get home about 15-20 minutes later the insulin shot is available. Should I take my insulin shot first and then have the post workout shake? Or can i take the shot afterwards. I like to take my shake right after my last set and i won't have the insulin available at that time.

i used to know a guy who would rub candy on his fingertip so when theyd test his blood hed get more insulin. it actually works and throws off the test. i thought it was funny at the time anyway. btw, this looks like a great board

my boy said that he fucked up is hgh cycle because he did not use the correct levels of insulin. what is the relationship between hgh and insulin?
