Can any one give me a list of the worst AAS with regard to insulin resistance???

I can tell you how to rid yourself of insulin resistance.

Lower the carbs and use lower GI carbs.
Add fish oils to your diet and eat them with every meal.
Exercise.

That will do it and it will take about a month before you notice but you will notice.

There are a few minerals but for the most part that will do it.

I already do the above however i am also a diabetic. I would just like to see what AAS affect blood sugars the most??

IM aware that i get changes in blood sugar with the use of clen and epehdra

Well actually testosterone helps regulate blood sugars.
So does chromium, vanadium, cinnamon.

I was reading just the other day on diebetes and blood sugar and testosterone.
