Default Interesting insights from experienced DNP user

I consider myself a pretty experienced DNP user, having done almost a dozen cycles and taken about 100g of DNP over the last 2.5 years. I am pretty knowledgeable about the stuff, based on 2nd hand learning from Conciliator and other people on this board. That being said, I wanted to compile a list of things that I found to be interesting about DNP.

1. There is a long-term tolerance buildup in addition to a short-term one.
Before, 400mg of DNP would make me feel extremely hot, lethargic, and hungry. I could also drop 5-8 lbs of DNP at 400mg/day on a sensible diet. Now, 400mg of DNP does none of these things... I am not nearly as hot, being able to now run this much in the summer, not nearly as lethargic, and can't drop weight as quickly (holding starting weight constant). I need about 800-900mg of DNP per day for me to feel these same effects. My body temp never seems to budge either no matter how much I take. I have yet to go above 900mg/day, but I have preloaded with 1100mg in one day.

2. Very high doses of DNP makes my eyes have a yellow tint. Not the cause of jaundice, but just the DNP itself

3. There are some excruciating side effects on DNP that I have yet to hear about in scientific research.

When I take DNP in the cold, my joints go through excruciating pain that I can only describe as extreme arthritis. Probably the most pain I have ever felt in my life... though it went away in a few hours. I have also heard of the complete loss of taste on DNP.

4. You can DEFINITELY build muscle on DNP while "on". I even think it's possible to build muscle on DNP naturally.

My strength went trough the roof w/ DNP + superdrol. I am also doing DC right now on 400mg DNP/day and a lot of cals, and my strength is increasing while my bodyfat levels are at bay or even decreasing (I'll be able to tell when the water subsides).

Interesting, no? Thoughts (esp from Conciliator or heavy DNP users)

Also just to bring up a point... If people can put on muscle while doing cardio, should it not be possible with DNP as well, as DNP is significantly less catabolic?

I dont believe that it was pushed as fact that you can NOT gain muscle while on DNP. Of course anything is possible. But most taking DNP are trying to take maximize fat loss by taking as large of doses as possible to handle along with diet and increased cardio. Even if you removed the DNP from that equation, building muscle would be impossible (for the most part). Low doses of DNP can stave off gat gains while allowing the consumer to ingest more cals needed to gain muscle.
Now yes the consensus of the general rule to gaining muscle is that you need to take in more cals than you burn. While very true, gaining weight and gaining muscle are totally different things. A few things that you have to make sure of to build muscle while on DNP is hypertrophy. Make sure that you are stimulating muscles through rigurous, yet not excessive weight lifting. Anabolism, do everything you can to ensure that your body is in an anabolic state. Nitrogen retention (which coinsides with anabolism) to ensure that muscles are being fed 24/7 which is the time table that they are needing food. Keeping those three key factors in mind, you can gain muscle pretty much on anything

As for the build up, have you been using the same quality DNP? Also, is your metablic rate the same as it was when you began using it? (ie, what was your bodyfat % before you used DNP and when you last used it). Also, what time of the year was it? Also, diet wise, have you changed it up at all? Heat is a large factor to carb ingestion, maybe you are eating cleaner now and not "feeling" it as much

Thanks for sharing your experiances NY . We appreciate it.
A few questions for you
What is the longest length of time you have ran DNP with out a break?
Are you useing Crystal?
What are your pre/post Dnp stats?
I ran a long(for me) cycle a couple years ago and am thinking of taking it again when I hit a wall on my current cutter.
I also was able to increase my lean mass while decreasing BF while on DNP at the time I had chalked it up to muscle memory as I was returning from a 6+ month lay off from an injury.
Thanks Jugg

I have used way too much DNP over the years.lol Recently I have used it on and off. 5-10day on and 10-14 off, for over 6 months. I have not built up any tolerence. If any thing, the leaner I have gotten(46lbs give or take of loss), I have had to use less. When I first started back in July, I took 400mg a day. Now I never take more than 200mg a day. I still have all the regular side(sweating, hard time sleeping, etc).I will say this. I have used the same supplier the whole time. So no tolerance for me at all.

OC,

I've experienced mild/dull pain on DNP from both pressure points (having a specific point in my ass hurt a lot when I wake up), as well as EXCRUCIATING pain in my ankle joints while on DNP... Not sure what to attribute it from regarding the DNP, but I am positive it was DNP that caused it as I accounted for other supps I might have been taking.

I have never have heard of that, but DNP did cause flare ups of hemmorids several times. Those suck too.
