Default I'vs had it!!! JEEEEEZZZZ!!!

I'm in week 6 of my cycle and I was 180lbs and I'm 184lbs now, what the heck is going on I should be way bigger right guys? I been drinking a lot of water nealy a gallon. I have been eatting my ass of compaired to what I normally eat about 4 times a day. My strengh isn't that noticable. I take 2 sometime 3 shakes a day. I'm taking 250 of test enthate and 200 of decca QV (300), 2 times a week so a total of 500 of test and 400 of decca a week. I should be blowing up with that cycle shouldn't I? I know I'm only in week 6 and I have 6 more to go but still, I wake up and look in the miiror to see if I got bigger and nothing. I weight my self the past 3 weeks and nothing. I gainned my weight like the first 3 weeks and I think that's all just water. What do you guys think!!!

It's either:
A) bunk gear
B) your eating/training/etc isn't as good as you think
C) you are immune to gear

And speaking of QV, I wouldn't take anything from those dirty mexicans if it was given to me for free...

When was your last cycle? Did you do proper PCT and recovered fully. I did a cycle right after one a few years back and gained little to nothing because my body was not recovered.

I can't comment on QV gear. Never used it, so I am uninformed.

You need to post your stats (ht, wt, and # of cycles & date of last cycle).

My experience with Sust/Deca cycles was always; 'getting bigger in week 3, then in week 4, BOOM!'

But remember this... everyone's body is different! That's why we don't all just do the same cycle! There is no One Ultimate Answer. You've got to try a mix of things and figure out what works best for your body.

Having said that, you've gained 4 pounds. I'd call that moderate gains, if it is mostly good beef. Much better than if you'd have done nothing or picked up something off the shelf at GNC.

In hindsight, I'd say you should have added D-bol tabs or maybe some Anadrol for the first 4 weeks to get things kick-started. But that's done now. Just remember it for next time.

Hope this helps. Hang in there. Remember man, this cycle is just one play in a very long game... you don't have to walk off the field cuz you didn't make a touchdown! There's lots of time left! Work hard, do your research and you WILL see progress.

I think you've fallen into the trap of thinking "steroids" will blow you up. They don't. They account for roughly 25% of whatever gains you will or will not see. Training, eating and resting account for 75% of your results while on steroids.

At your weight, if you're not eating approx. 375 grams of protein and 4,500 calories every day, spread among 6 meals, then of course you're not going to gain much. You need to lay out your diet and know to the gram, how much protein, carbs and fat you're eating every day.

A lot of people your size think they're eating a lot and then when they write everything out and figure up the grams, are shocked to see they're only getting 200 grams of protein and 3,000 calories a day. You sure won't see any gains eating like that.

Once your diet is dialed in, then look to your training. Spend some time in the training forum and after that's dialed in, then look to your rest. If you're a weekend partier, up late and getting 5 hours of sleep 2 or 3 nights a week, goodbye gains.

Ditto what Maxie said.

Also, have you changed your work-out routine lately. You really should shake it up and try out new exercises every couple of months. Maybe try an entirely different appproach such as German Volume Training. Conversely, are you overtraining?

About measuring progress -- fuggedabout the mirror, use tape measures to measure your muscle gains.

go with human grade gear from now on. Skip the UG lab crap, its often times under dosed.

I know, I was on for a straight year, and I estimate that roughly HALF of the gear I got from here was bunk. AND YES, I bought from well established sources.

i have to agree with you!!!

ikons gear was the only thing i blew up on and kept 95% of it (gains)
