Default Jin/joint pain

Twice i have been on jintropin and i have suffered incredible joint pain, elbow/shoulder where both times i have had to stop working out for weeks. Has this happened to anyone else? I read in the package insert edema is common but is transient, but for me it just got worse&worse. I have lifted for over 20 years and never had joint pain and it started pretty much with the jin. i luved everything about jin, energy, sex drive& performance, etc.., any suggestions.

How many iu's were you taking per day, and how fast did you increase your dosage? I've used Jintropin numerous times and when I first started I did 1iu ED for about 3-4 weeks, and then increased my dosage by .5iu every 3 weeks until I hit 3iu per day. When I first started using GH, I would also get joint pain and retained quite a bit of water (even had pretty bad Carpel Tunnel). However, I found that if I slowly increased my dosage and then stayed at a certain level (e.g. 3iu's per day) for 2-3 months my body adjusted very well. I can now go of for 3-6 months and then go back on starting at 2-2.5iu and go up to 5iu within 4 weeks or less with virtually no side effects. I think the reason that most users experience so many sides is because they only run GH for 6-8 weeks at relatively high doses (e.g. 4-6iu ED). GH really works best when it’s taken for longer periods of time (4-6 months) and the dosage is increased slowly. Try running it at lower doses for a few months, and once you've worked your way up to 4-5iu per day start a 8-10 week cycle of AAS and I think you'll be very happy with the results, and won't have all the joint problems etc...

Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply. First time I started at 2 iu's and after a few weeks went up to 4. The last time i went with 2 iu's with 25mg var. I am gonna take several weeks off and do cardio(I never have really ever taken time off except for injury). Hopefully if pain does go away i will resume lifting for a couple of months and then try your advice. I really enjoyed the jin, and would like to keep my youth when i have it, 37. Seems like hghcan really be a great thing 4 u.
any ther thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Any dietary thoughts if joint pain is an issue with jin/hgh?

The most effective way to reduce/eliminate joint pain etc. is to gradually increase your dosage, as I stated earlier. I can't overstress how important this is; start out low (e.g. 1iu) and up your dose by 1iu every 3-4 weeks. Also, keep in mind that Var can sometimes cause joint pain for some users.

Good Luck Bro!

Am I out of touch to suggest that long-term use of high dosage chondroitin-glucosamine-msm helps joint pain (in about 70% of people, according to my doc who read some report)?

Matty, if you're on cycle or about to begin one, I'm sure you know that Deca alleviates much joint pain, & EQ over the long-term is said to add to joint collagen. But you know that also over the long term, dedicated lifters will often strain joints though the pain doesn't appear until later in life. (Much older than you, young fella.)
