Jintropin, EQ, Sust stack question - MESO-Rx

Soon I will be starting 4 IU's of Jintropin for six months duration. I plan on stacking sust and eq along with it. After having experimented here and there with basic anabolics (hardly ever stacking) what should my dosages on the eq and sust be weekly. I am 30 years old 5'10" 230 lbs at about 10% bf.

I was thinking just 250/sust and 300/eq every five days or so. will this be enough of either while on growth or should I bump them up to 500 sust and 450-600 eq. Thanks

monday 250 mgs sust / 300 mgs eq
thursday 250 mgs sust / 300 mgs eq
12 weeks should be plenty .
